Haley Kootenhayoo (she/her) is Nakota Sioux from the Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation in Treaty 6 territory, Alberta. She is passionate about her culture, language, and community, and has been with ICA for over 3 years. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new ways to support community and make a positive impact. She plans to pursue further academic studies to support her work in communications, advocacy, and community engagement and she is currently studying Graphic Design at the Toronto Film School.

She enjoys video games, being creative, learning new skills, and following her passions.
